📋 Important Instructions and Guide for Form Filling

Please read the following instructions carefully before proceeding with the SEAT 2025 - 26 application form. Ensure all the details you enter are accurate and complete to avoid rejection or delays in the admission process.

• SEAT Exam Details Section:
  • Select your current academic class: 11th or 12th.
  • If you are in 11th class, you must select your subject group: PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics), PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), or PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology).
  • If you are in 12th class, you can select one or more applicable entrance exams: IIT-JEE, NEET, and/or MHT-CET.
  • If you select MHT-CET as an entrance exam, you must also choose your subject group: PCM, PCB, or PCMB.
• Personal Details Section:
  • Enter your Surname, First Name, and Middle Name.
  • Select your Date of Birth in the format DD-MM-YYYY.
  • Choose your Gender: Male, Female, or Other.
  • Enter your Mobile Number, and a valid Email ID.
  • Fill in your address: City, Taluka, District, State, and Pincode.
  • Password: Set a password. It will be required to access your student account.
• Educational Details Section:
  • Enter your Board (State Board, CBSE, ICSE).
  • Enter Year of Passing.
• Institute Details Section:
  • Enter your School Name and full Address.
  • Include School City, Taluka, District, State, and Pincode.
• After completing the form, click the "Submit" button to save your application.
• Note down your Online Registration Number. This will be required for all future communications and for logging in and to check your payment Status.
• Click on "Pay Fees Online" to make the payment through the secure gateway provided by Smart Computer (India) Pvt. Ltd.
• Accepted payment methods include: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets.
• To check your application and payment status, login using your registration number: Click here for login.
• If the payment status is not updated within 3 working days, send proof (transaction ID, screenshot, or bank statement) to smartcomputerindiapune@gmail.com.
• Payments must be made only through the official website after registration. Never use third-party links.
• SEAT and Smart Computer (India) Pvt. Ltd. are not responsible for fraudulent payments made via unofficial links.
